What is Coach Mentoring?

Coach mentoring is a collaborative active relationship in which someone with more experience or expertise in a specific area helps to facilitate the growth and learning of another. A coach mentoring relationship is guided by the mutual focus on the enhancement of your development in all aspects of coaching, especially in mastering the coaching competencies, being positioned to pass the credentialing exams and creating a thriving coaching practice. Together, we can generate more rapid and satisfactory results for you!!

Individualized Coach Mentoring

  • Jointly designed mentoring sessions between you and Laurie
  • Gauranteed Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) feedback on your coaching aimed at increasing your coaching competencies, skill level and confidence in your coaching.
  • Access to the unlimited recources available from Laurie's own success in building her coaching business

one hour coach mentoring session with Laurie: $125 per hour

Group Coach Mentoring

  • 10 one-hour sessions
  • Group minimum of three persons, maximum of eight
  • Gauranteed Certified Coach Mentoring (CMC)feedback in group setting aimed at increasing coaching competencies and skills of all members
  • Satisfies seven out of the ten coach mentor coaching hours required for ICF certification process
  • Access to the unlimited recources available from Laurie's own success in building her coaching business
  • Upon successful demonstation of coaching skill each participant will recieve a letter of support toward their credentialing application.

10 week mentor coaching group: $550

 

Addtional Mentoring Services

  • Personalized assistance with credentialing application process: $125/hour
