About Laurie Dupar, MSN, RN, CPCC, PCC

Along with being a Certified Professional AD/HD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Coach and Educator, I have over twenty-five years experience working in the mental wellness field. This background and education in the medical field provide me with a working knowledge of the neurobiology, psychopharmacology and treatments associated with AD/HD.
Professionally, I have always been passionate about my work surrounding AD/HD. Personally, one of my children has been diagnosed with AD/HD.
I created the Change of Focus Coaching Program because I believe that AD/HD is a very real challenge for many people and that the treatment and solutions for AD/HD challenges should be no more mysterious or unattainable than for people with other natural health disorders.
Currently I coach people of all ages living with AD/HD. Among my clients are young families, couples, adolescents, adults, students, parents and grandparents. I feel blessed and privileged to be able to combine my professional experience and my master’s level education as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with my passion for coaching and offering hope to people living with AD/HD.
I live in the beautiful sunny Sacramento, California area with my husband of 21 years, my four teenage children, one of whom has AD/HD and our menagerie of pets!
